Ingredients
250g beef (shoulder)
200g onions, sliced
40g fat
20g paprika powder
1 1/4 l water or beef soup
200g potatoes, raw and peeled
tomato paste
pinch of salt
caraway
Directions
1. Dice beef and potatoes.
Heat up oil and roast onions.
Add beef.
2. Add paprika powder and tomato paste.
Add water or soup and stew for 40 minutes.
3. Add poatoes and cook until potatoes are well done.
