Ingredients
600g white cabbage
80g smoked bacon
1/4l water or broth
3 table spoons cider vinegar
3 table spoons oil
pinch of salt
caraway
Directions
1. Slice and salt cabbage
Add caraway and vinegar to water/broth.
Work in cabbage.
2. Cook cabbage until it is done but not too tender.
Get rid of water residue.
3. Dice and roast bacon.
Add to salad.
Add oil.
